Applying and eligibility
Can I apply for a paid role now?
No paid roles or projects are open. You can create an account and submit an application for future consideration, but submission or approval is not a job offer and does not guarantee employment, compensation, project access or paid tasks.
Is LabelQuill a registered employer?
No registered employer entity is represented on this site. Business registration, employment terms and legally reviewed applicant materials must be completed before hiring could begin.
Will opportunities be listed on Handshake?
Handshake is a planned discovery channel for US university students. No listing is currently active. Future links can carry limited source and campaign parameters so the application system can tell how an applicant arrived, without broad behavioural tracking.
Who will be eligible?
The initial product is designed around US-based applicants. Final eligibility will depend on real project requirements, employment terms, work authorisation processes and applicable law, which may change before paid work opens.
Work, quality and pay
What kinds of work does training cover?
Four: text classification, AI response evaluation, pairwise comparison and image annotation. Training is open as soon as you register. Finishing it opens practice tasks on synthetic data; it does not mean project work is available.
Can I retake the qualification?
Yes. The General Qualification allows three attempts, with a short wait between them. Each attempt has ten questions, a 30-minute limit and needs 80% to pass.
Has compensation been set?
No. No rate, payment model, worker classification, hours or availability has been established. Any future compensation terms would need to be tied to a verified project and set out in a written agreement before eligible work begins.
How is work quality reviewed?
Automatic checks run first: structure, the gold answer and, for image tasks, box overlap. A reviewer then accepts the work, rejects it or sends it back for a revision. Each decision is recorded, and any credit follows from an accepted review.
How will payouts work?
No payout system is active, and practice balances are simulated and cannot be withdrawn. Future earnings would be recorded in a ledger, and payouts would need administrative approval and a verified external payment record. Any card or bank onboarding would use a qualified hosted provider; LabelQuill will not collect raw card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or SMS codes.
Data and verification
What does the applicant portal save?
Account details, saved application sections, application status, notifications, and security and audit records, stored in LabelQuill’s own database. The Contact form validates locally and does not create a support ticket until messaging is enabled.
How will identity verification work?
Only a practice version exists, and it is switched off in production. A later phase must select a suitable provider and a legally appropriate workflow. LabelQuill will not treat an uploaded document or a checkbox as a complete verification.
Are the Privacy Policy and Terms final?
No. Both pages are marked as drafts and require review by qualified legal counsel before an operational launch or production use of applicant data.
